The 5 modes of presentation
To help you create your presentation, PowerPoint separates software functions into 5 categories or 5 “modes.” You can switch from one mode to another using the buttons you find in the lower left corner of the screen using PowerPoint or the main menu, selecting Display, and one of the Top 5 menu options.
The slide mode
Allows the creation of pages or “slides” of your presentation. You can change all aspects of the slides, such as changing its layout, change color and font size, add or remove charts, tables and other elements of presentation. Click here for more information about how Slide.
The outline
Create slides by placing your ideas in a structured order. You can always change the order or the importance of ideas. Click here for more information about the Plan.
The slide sorter mode
Allows you to add special effects to your presentation if you want, put it in using a computer. Also allows time to time you take to give your presentation. You can adjust your presentation according to the allotted time. Click here for more information on the Slide Sorter mode.
The page mode comment
Allows you to prepare an additional document that includes your presentation. You can then give the audience a reminder of your presentation or to help them follow your presentation. Click here for more information on the layout comment.
