AutoShapes And Drawing Toolbar

Click on the ellipse.

From the menu bar, select Drawing.
Select the? Background option.

Layer l? Ellipse is now completely at the back of the layers. Experiment a little. Reselect l? Ellipse. Use the Drawing and gradually move the ellipse on top. Observe the results every time. THE ellipse going? Forward and placed the back of an object each time you use the combination of command Drawing, Moving. You can also reduce the layer of a subject to put it behind another cache.

New Slide
The next series of exercises will be conducted on a new slide. Here is how to add a slide to your presentation.

From the standard toolbar, press the button
From the Insert menu, select New Slide.
Press CRTL and M.

Press the OK button.

You can use these ways to add slides in all modes except for presenting your slide show presentation.

Creating a diagram
The next part is to create a chart and look at some of the options available on the Drawing toolbar.

From the Drawing toolbar, press the button.
Keeping a finger on the left mouse button, the size of a rectangle of your choice.

Remember that there will be two other objects which will be added to the small diagram: an arrow and a circle.

From the Drawing toolbar, click on AutoShapes.

You will see categories of forms that are already prepared.

Note:
For students of MET1300, the isosceles triangle you need is in the category Basic Forms.

For the purpose of the exercise, select the category Arrows full.

From the list of arrows available, select the arrow pointing to the right.
Keeping a finger on the left mouse button, move an arrow to the right of the rectangle you just created.

To complete the small diagram, a circle. However, there are no circles on the toolbar or in the categories of AutoShapes. As already mentioned in the text you must use the ellipsis button and keep a finger on the SHIFT key (shift) for the circle required.

From the Drawing toolbar, press the button.
By keeping a finger on the SHIFT key (Shift), create a circle to the right of the arrow pointing to the right.

The result should look like this.

Write in the forms
It is possible to write multiple lines of text inside shapes.

From the Drawing toolbar, press the button.
Select the rectangle you just created for the chart.

You can then write in the form selected.

For the purpose of the exercise, write process within the shape.
Click outside the shape to continue.

From the Drawing toolbar, press the button.
Select the circle you just created for the chart.
For the purpose of the exercise, write result in the form.
Click outside the shape to continue.

Changing colors

Using the option, change the colors of those shapes in the image above.

Inflate the forms in three dimensions
A nice diagram can be even better when put in three dimensions. The next part of the text focuses on explaining the options to save and change the shape of the diagram in three dimensions.

Select all elements of the diagram that surrounds them.

By keeping a finger on the SHIFT key (Shift), select the forms one at a time.

Press the 3D button.

From the list of 3D shapes, select the Style 3D 2.

The shapes of the diagram will now be in three dimensions. We can do even more.

Press the Settings button 3D.

A new toolbar will appear. It offers the options for the shapes in 3D.

Deliver 2D/3D shapes in 2D or 3D.
Rotation allows for rotation of the forms
Thickness determines the thickness of the form.
Reason Can select the reason that surrounds the form.

Color thickness can choose the color of the thickness of the form. As in this example.

Experiment with these options and see the effect on drawing elements.

Grouper
Select all the shapes above.
OR
By keeping a finger on the SHIFT key (Shift), select the forms one at a time.

All items should be enclosed in their boxes sizing. If not, reselect.

From the Drawing toolbar, click on Drawing.
From the list of available options, select Group.

All the elements that will not separate. It is easier to manage and take shape.

Change the size of the grouping
Select the bundles.
Place the pointer over a square design.
By keeping a finger on the SHIFT key (Shift), move the pointer inside the shape.

We must press the SHIFT key (Shift) so that the form keeps its proportions. Otherwise, it will become longer or wider.

As you can see, the change in size of the combined form does not change the text size. You must select the text and change it manually.

Adjust the size of the text inside shapes
Select the shape.
Select the text.
From the toolbar, and formatting, change the font size to 12 points
Repeat for the other text.
